Truth About Abs- 1# Selling Program
The Truth About Abs By Michael Geary is the hot new item in fitness and health these days, but as with any other new fitness concept, it’s being met with some healthy skepticism. You need to be skeptical about new health ideas, because you never know which are solid and logical, and which are just some ridiculous fad, until you’ve actually done the research.
So if you’re curious about this Michael Geary guy and what he has to say about the six pack, don’t bother Googling, we already did the research for you.
What may surprise you about this guide is that it’s not a pure muscle building guide. Rather, it covers many areas of health and fitness, which is, in all honesty, a good thing. The marketing for the product certainly emphasizes the whole “get a six pack” thing, which makes sense, since everyone seems to be all about the six pack these days, but if you like, you can just skip to that section.
While the focus isn’t one hundred percent on muscle building and abs, the fact is that it really does serve as a full guide with good, solid, smart information.
Another surprise in store: There are no miracle fitness lies here. Everything Geary says about health and fitness is, in fact, stuff that really makes perfect sense. He doesn’t tell you that you need to do nothing but eat protein and sit on your butt, he doesn’t lie to you, he doesn’t give you the easy answers you WANT to hear, he tells you what you NEED to hear.
This is incredibly refreshing when you compare this program to much of the competition. So many people are looking for the quick fix out there these days. With Geary, all you get is the blunt truth (even if it’s coupled with a flashy marketing campaign). This is really a nice change of pace.
Maybe the frank approach that Michael Geary uses in The Truth About Abs will scare some couch potatoes off, people looking to read that they can eat whatever they like, never exercise, and still get in perfect shape, but what you won’t get with Geary is meat poisoning, blocked arteries and colon, or any other serious health side effects from eating an unsafe diet.
Again, the advice is all sound, from the dieting tips to the workout program itself. If you cross reference this program with the food pyramid and scientific research on fitness and health, you’ll see that it all adds up. Geary isn’t inventing anything new here, he’s not lying to you, he’s not making stuff up, he just collects all the solid, sound information on health and fitness, and puts it all in one program for you.
So if all of this information is already out there, why go with Geary’s program? Well, because he makes it easy. Again, he collects all the information, he’s done the research so you don’t have to, and he puts it into a program that’s easy to follow, even if it does involve kicking your own butt at the gym a few times a week.
