The Eden Diet Review

[ 1 ] July 17, 2010 |

The Eden Diet was created by a doctor with  extensive experience and training. Dr. Rita  Hancock  has personal experience with weight  challenges, medical training and research into  digestion. She put together this program to  help others get results. She reveals how cultural
messages impact your food behavior in ways  that keep you from succeeding.

The Eden Diet program is fairly independent: if you have plenty of motivation but tools that don’t work Eden just might be for you. The program happens in units of 30 days each. This set up is handy as committing 30 days to see results is something most people can actually do. Each group of 30 days builds on the previous success. Thanks to the short commitment, if you follow the program you may see results that boost your motivation on a consistent basis.

You can get online support through the forum. The online store where you purchase the book for the diet as well as other resources (the program workbook, CDs, etc.) is easy to use. One of the best things about The Eden Diet is that if you find an in-person support group to attend you pay no set, additional fees to access this part of the program. You can even receive monthly information via email for no additional cost.

This is a very integrated program as you’ll learn about the science of food and eating, behaviors that limit your ability to succeed while also exploring how your emotional self is also involved.
